Occasionally, someone walks into the store and instantly feels like they’ve been part of the family forever. That’s exactly what happened with Crystal. From the moment she joined our team, her bubbly personality, beauty expertise, and contagious energy fit right in — like the perfect pair of earrings you didn’t know your outfit needed.
Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Crystal brings that bold city sparkle everywhere she goes. In 2017, she traded the fast pace of New York for Pennsylvania life… but thankfully, she kept all the confidence, style, and personality that make her uniquely Crystal.
Her beauty career began at Boscov’s working the Clinique counter, where she quickly discovered she loved helping women feel beautiful and confident. From there, she leveled up to Macy’s as a Beauty Counter Manager, gaining even more experience in cosmetics, skincare, and making customers feel like their absolute best selves.
And if you know Crystal for more than five minutes, you’ll quickly learn this girl was made for the beauty world.
When she’s not helping customers in the store, she’s probably scrolling TikTok, watching beauty trends, talking makeup, obsessing over cosmetics, or finding the next gorgeous jewelry piece we all suddenly “need.” Social media, beauty hacks, glam tips — she loves it all, and honestly, we love getting to keep up with her fun finds and contagious excitement.
But the best part about Crystal? Her heart.
She truly loves being around women, encouraging confidence, and making people feel good about themselves. Whether she’s helping someone pick out jewelry, finding the perfect beauty product, or just making everyone laugh during a busy day, she brings joy wherever she goes.
Crystal also got married in October 2023 (cue the happy tears), and she and her husband are proud parents to an adorable little Goldendoodle who has already become a fan favorite in our conversations.
We’re especially excited to have another young girl on the team for all of us moms to “adopt”. There’s something so fun about the mix of generations in our store — sharing life advice, laughing together, hyping each other up, and creating the kind of environment customers can feel the second they walk through the door.
