My Best Life in Jewelry
A Day on Set: Bringing Our Brand to Life with Three Hive
Published: Feb 25, 2026

Picture this: a very snowy, very cold day at Van Scoy Jewelers. The kind of cold where your coffee freezes faster than your smile and you start questioning all your life choices—especially the one that brought you outside today instead of somewhere warm and tropical.
And yet… here we are.
Bundled up, half-frozen, and fully committed, we’re on-site with THREE HIVE PRODUCTION filming commercials for next year’s advertising campaigns. Because nothing feels more authentic than real people doing real work in real weather.
Sales, But Make It Human
At Van Scoy, sales aren’t just about numbers, scripts, or polished pitches. It’s about people. Real conversations with real customers who want real solutions, not buzzwords wrapped in a bow.
Our sales team shows up the same way every day: listening first, asking the right questions, and taking the time to explain the process (sometimes twice or three times) because custom jewelry is, well, custom. No gimmicks. No smoke and mirrors. Just honest conversations and solutions that actually fit the person in front of us.
Custom Work Is Never One-Size-Fits-All
Custom work doesn’t happen by accident and it definitely doesn’t happen by copying and pasting last year’s project. It happens when sales and production work together, when questions turn into ideas, and ideas turn into something built specifically for that customer.
That’s the part you don’t always see in the finished piece, but it’s the part we’re most proud of. And today, we’re capturing that behind-the-scenes reality: cold hands, warm teamwork, and a shared commitment to getting it right.
Keeping It Real, No Matter the Forecast
Sales isn’t always glamorous. Custom work isn’t always easy. And winter in this region is not exactly forgiving.
What is consistent, though, is our commitment to customers, craftsmanship, and showing up, even when the forecast basically says, “maybe don’t.” So stay tuned for next year’s commercials. They’re not just ads; they’re a snapshot of who we are, how we work, and why we do what we do.
Cold day. Real people. Real sales. Real Van Scoy.
