Van Scoy Jewelers has specialized in diamonds since opening our doors in 1978. Over the years our interest and knowledge of colored gemstones has grown to the point where it is a department of its own. We buy loose colored gems directly from importers and producers. We set the gems into existing designs as well as designing mountings for one-of-a-kind creations.

Van Scoy Jewelers regularly attends the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) show that joins approximately 1200 of world’s most prestigious gem suppliers with American manufacturing jewelers. It's an unparalleled opportunity to purchase precious gems in an environment where supply invariably exceeds demand. A supplier on the other hand will never have an opportunity to meet more buyers and develop lasting relationships.

Even more than diamonds, colored gemstones bring a diversity of cultures together. The common goal of forming a successful, lasting business relationship forces us to respect one another and communicate. In the end we find we're not so different.
